Prepare the Steaks Let steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Pat them dry, and season generously with salt & pepper.

Sear the Steaks Heat a cast iron skillet until hot. Add oil, and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on one side.

Add Flavor Flip the steaks. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary. Baste the steaks with melted butter for another 3-4 minutes.

Rest & Serve Remove steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes. Slice, drizzle with garlic butter, and serve warm!
